Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch

The baseline for this measure was revised from 14.6% to 5.0% due to a programming error that excluded students who missed 1 to 10 days of school from the denominator. The original target was changed from 13.1% to TBD until a new target can be set based on the target setting guidance for Healthy People 2020.
