Program Annual Progress Assessments (PAPA)

Description

The data for this objective come from the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program Management Survey, a subset of the Program Annual Progress Assessments. The VFC Management Survey is a web-based data collection tool immunization programs (immunization awardees) receiving VFC funding are required to complete and submit to CDC annually by March 1st. The survey collects aggregated data collected from site visits made to public and private providers and provides an overview of grantees’ immunization policies, VFC and AFIX (Assessment, Feedback, Incentives, and eXchange) program activities, and accountability measures. The survey responses are self-reported by immunization awardees.
